ONSITE CONSULTATION POLICY – If you accept an appointment and allow Bold City IT to access your computer, etc. You are agreeing to the terms below:

By Agreeing to an appointment date and time and by allowing Bold City access to my computer etc., I authorize Bold City IT to perform work on my computer. Further, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bold City IT from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any computer work performed on my computer.

I understand that Bold City IT is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on my computer.

I understand that Bold City IT offers no verbal or written warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the success of this technical support.

I expressly waive all claims against Bold City IT or any damages to this computer system or data that are incidental to the technical support rendered by Bold City IT.

DIAGNOSTIC FEE – If, after your computer has been diagnosed by a Bold City IT technician, you decide not to make the repairs or service, you will be charged a $40 diagnostic fee. This fee will be applied toward the total if you later choose to have the recommended repairs or service.

CANCELLATIONS – Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. Please call at least 4 hours ahead of time if you must cancel an appointment. There is a $40 charge if you cancel with less than 4 hours notice.

PRIVACY

Any information obtained about any customer during the course of either business inquiry or during a service for that customer will be kept private and confidential. No information will be collected beyond what is necessary to accomplish the job at hand and to process payment upon job completion.

In any event, at no time will any of this information be shared with third parties with the exceptions noted above or where required by law.

No personal information will be sold or otherwise provided to third parties for the purpose of advertising or sales, either for money or uncompensated unless the expressed consent of the customer is obtained.
